CS:GO Jailbreak

I'm in the middle of attempting to set up a jailbreak server. I have sourcemod I have metamod.

I'm more stuck on where would i put hosties and the rest of it i'm fairly new to this don't know what settings would be a necessity for my .txt file.

Any help would be appreciated.
