I'm having problems with my friends cs go server and its plugins are not working correctly and I have the database linked etc.

The first thing I noticed here is that you need the socket extension (required to run some plugins). You can get that here: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=67640

As far as your SQL stuff your setting up there, it can be tricky honestly. I had a problem dealing with this myself, if you would like i can help you out with that, but due to the complicated process I would prefer to do it via steam chat or something.

Also, you cant use the admin sql prefetch and the admin sql threaded plugins together. I can only get you so far when dealing with the SQL stuff, but i'll do my best to help you out.
