how to enable rtv and nominate?

if you have sourcemod installed, inside the plugins folder should be a folder for disabled plugins. just move the rtv and nominate files from that folder to the general plugin folder.

These plugins rely on sourcemod map cycle enforcemnt, which right now, in CS: GO contradicts map groups. so the plugins play tug of war and your map cycle will be screwy after a while. Mine had at one point gotten to say that the game reported one map, showed a different one loading, and a third map was what actually loaded. For example, sourcemod nextmap says cs_italy, game nextmap (triggered on map end) shows de_dust2, the loading map shows de_inferno, and we load into de_nuke. All because sourcemod map cycle and map functions try to enforce map cycles (which on old versions of source games actually was great but in cs go it causes problems). While you CAN use them, and for the most part they DO work, I personally advise AGAINST using any map control plugins until these issues are resolved.

Yes, I find mapgroups a pain in the ass but I do get the theory behind it. Before with just mapcycle.txt you could essentially only have just one map cycle on a server. Where by with mapgroups you can have multiple mapcycles on a server and you can choose between which one you want.

So you can easily switch between ar maps, normal maps, and fun maps if you want.
