Adding Adverts

Was wondering if there was a way to add advertisements in the chat while in-game. I want post our community's forum link and our teamspeak at certain intervals while people play on our server. Basically an automated way to tell people that we are recruiting and to visit our forums.

Probably with a plugin through SourceMod to do automated server messages.

Specifically cyberdeath, adding sourcemod made things a lot easier, an the plugin works very well. Thank you again.
