Name changing and ONLY one name

Like the title states, we are having problems with players joining the server and taking other players names.
They then proceed to disrubt the game flow and constantly change their names to annoy and avoid being kicked or baned.

Is there a cvar which would'ne allow two or maore players using the same name?
And what is the easiest way to grab these guys ID's and kick/ban?

Type "status" in the console to see the current list of players with their current id # on the server and their steamid. You have to do some small amount of tracking to pinpoint the player who is name changing, but once you know who it is the id or steamid won't change so you can either kick or ban by their id # or steamid.

Hi Bubba. In our experience these are frequently cheaters that do this....

I assume you have SM installed, and it you do I strongly advise SMAC, go to the SM Forums and check it out, one of the modules stops the rapid namechanging...
