CS:GO Player's Crashing

Recently an issue came up on my server that causes player's games to crash! Sometimes even 10 players disconnect at the same time because they 'time out'. When they come back they say their game is crashing.

I did a server wipe, and nobody was crashing with the vanilla server. I installed metamod (1.9) + sourcemod (latest snapshot) + weapon_restrict + gameme, and the crashes are happening again.

Is anyone else having this problem??

I have not heard of this problem before with that set of addons but have you taken a look at your server logs to see if there is any indication as to why it is causing them to crash?

Have you tried removing a couple of the plugins to see if you can narrow down the issue?

There's no errors in the sourcemod logs, I just disabled gameme now to see if it is weapon restrict causing it.

The server logs just say they have 'timed out' :/

down to just weapon restrict now, still crashing, disabling that now

its a 24/7 office server running the official mg_cs_office

Okay.. just running metamod+sourcemod with nothing extra, crashes still happening!

Could this problem be on nfo's side? Basically my server contains only this:

[clean/wiped csgo server]
pasted in metamod 1.9
pasted in sourcemod latest
pasted in original config files (sourcemod adminsimple.ini, and gamemode_casual_server.cfg)

Latest sourcemod 1.5 snapshot, and the MM:S 1.9 release, I tried the MM:S 1.10 snapshot before i wiped the server but it didn't fix it

Are you running any custom maps by chance?

Just to confirm, the server isn't crashing but the players that join it are having there game crash?

if so, what is the error they see when it happens? Is it the same people over and over? If you don't mind post your server IP and I will hop in and play around to see if I get the same crashing issue.

Yeah, the server is running perfectly, no errors anywhere... it's a freshly wiped server with just mm+sm installed now

It's random people at random times, not when they join. sometimes one or two people crash, sometimes a lot crash (like 10!)

When the game crashes for me, it freezes up and windows gives the 'this program has stopped working' window.

And the crashes did stop with the stock server before I pasted the metamod/sourcemod files in

That looks to be like 8 people out of 12 users timing out. Which could mean a lot of different things. It could mean that the issue isn't server side but client related.

Do the users timing out have a high ping or complain of lag at all? When do the timeouts happen? Such as during a map change?

It happens in the middle of the game, I can't find any kind of pattern, it's very random. Our server has unlimited rounds of office so there's no map changes. I know those timeouts are crashes because most of them come back and say that their game crashed, and whenever my game crashes the logs usually show another few people timing out with me. As for ping most people are under 100
