Hi, we have a 6core windows VPS and we're trying a 36slot (32 alive players max) "102.4" tick CSGO server on it, but at the beginning of each round when everyone is alive and the first action starts players are experiencing a high amount of "choke".
I'm not really sure what causes choke. From what I understand it's when the client cannot process all of the data being sent. Is it a serverside issue? What measures can be taken to eliminate choke on high tickrate servers?

Re: 100 tick and clients choking
Choke happens when the server believes that the negotiated "rate" value would be exceeded for a certain client if it sent more data to that client, so it withholds it instead. It can be fixed by raising the value of "rate" on the client and "sv_maxrate" / "sv_minrate" on the server. We recommend using a high sv_minrate of 128000 and an unlimited sv_maxrate of 0.
