Silenced Guns

Does anyone know how to add the new silenced guns to the server that people can select them.

You need to go to your inventory, right click on the gun, and add to t, ct, or both. It has nothing to do with the server, unless you run a DM plugin which lets you choose guns from a menu, or you restrict certain weapons.
