A three core VDS should do you well. In our testing a full 80 slot Arma 3 server would use around two full cores, leaving the third one for any spillover and background task.

good to know, i thought i read somewhere that arma 3 only utilizes single high clocked core and that it doesnt support multiple cores or something, which for a 2013 game is rediculous
