My private server keeps crashing on me, it does have addons. But it can't be the addons, they load fine and I get no in game errors. I am running a public server as well, with no addons which seems to run fine, and doesn't crash like the private server. I'm not sure what it can be that the private server keeps crashing.

It is crashing because of one/more than one of the mods. Your mods are still not loading correctly and some are throwing off errors. Try to add one mod at a time and start/check the server to find which mod is causing this and remove it.
