Arma 2 Combined Ops

I'm trying to set up an Arma 2 Combined Ops server, which is what I ordered, but for some reason it's going up as Operation Arrowhead. Is there something special I need to do to get it to run combined ops? The reason I ask is that the mission we edited has vehicles and planes from both. I've seen other servers do it. Any suggestions?

On the "Server control" page, there is an option to change the startup line for the mods you want loading. An example is given there on how to set it for combined ops.
