Arma 2 mod repository.
If i buy one of the game servers will i be able to setup a repository that will work with play-with-six for my clan mates to download and keep up with the mods the server is running.

Looking over that, it should work just fine. I wasn't able to find any specifics on the server side of things but it appears you'll just need to add the mod and then have your clients use the software to grab that mod and updates for it.
