This is normally entered via the Server Control tab, into the console. I made a slight typo, the last part should be: pb_sv_plistIf this is a CP command it does not work in ours.

In the control panel rcon tool, the easy shortcut is !pb pb_sv_plist. You'll have to pause the display afterward to read through 'em.
