Hey, it seems like on my TDM/Domination server i cant set the tickets higher...

everytime i type in vars.gamemodecounter whaterverthenumberishere - i get this message" OK 100 "
Easy setup/startup.txt NOTHING works...

EA fucked us over again or?

Do you have an Official server? It is hard locked to 100 on all Official servers.

May it have something to do with the Admin Daemon refreshing the "vars.preset hardcore" every 5 minutes??

but without this the server goes custom what so ever...

Our re-setting "vars.preset hardcore" would also change it to 100, but only when that command is run. The response that you were giving tells us that the game was changing it to 100 for you right then, which means that it didn't like your input.

Was it outside the range of 75-400?

Do you have some other tool that is using the "vars.preset hardcore true" command, which would completely lock hardcore mode? This would prevent you from changing it from 100 at any time.

If you wish to run a server with more than 100% tickets right now and don't wish it to show as Custom, keep in mind that you'd need to use a custom plugin such as the one that TimSad wrote: http://www.nfoservers.com/forums/viewto ... 979#p51897.

Well it worked before - so why does it not work now? of course it changed it for only that round, but that was better than nothing - playing tdm with 34 ppl with 100 tickets is like 4 minute games... shieet.................

and i've tried everything in that range from 75-400 i want it at 350 though as it was what we found best.

Well they found the problem and it was in the Startup.txt - for some reason "vars.preset Hardcore true" that was in there locked my commands out -
