Why can't I kick/ban anyone?!?!

Ive tried EVERY SINGLE Command:

!kick <player name>
!ban <player name>
both with admin daemon enabled

admin.kickPlayer <player name>

!pb pb_sv_kick <player name>
same thing with ban

ive tried them all and the normal command on my server control panel i get "CommandIsReadOnly" and it doesnt do anything

All i want to do is kick/ban the High Ping players and no matter what i cant.

It sounds like you are running an official server. admins of an official server cannot kick/ban players in their servers due to restrictions Dice has put in place.
