We run small CQ maps on our 40 man. Usually, that means 3 caps and a smaller play area.
However on CR, even when I use Conquest Small XP1_00x I still get the Large 5 cap maps.
Did CR ship without CQ Small three cap point maps?

This very well may be the case, if you're manually selecting ConquestSmall0.

Large CQ has 7 points, small one has 5 for China Rising maps.
