I would like to rotate through all the CR maps only.
I am using the map cycler and have selected random, CR maps only.
Unfortunately the rotation was on prison and locker which are not CR maps.
What am I doing wrong?
I am new to BF4 servers. I have experience with other servers.
Thanks!
Mike

Re: Map rotation question
I checked my map file in startup and it had an old map name. I deleted it and then sent a command to run the next map. So far the CR maps are running.
I am sure I had deleted any map files in the maplist.txt previously. It is now populated with the CR maps.
If you have hardcore resetting every 5 minutes could that be wiping the CR maps and adding back in the old maps?

Re: Map rotation question
If I do a server re-start the server chooses a base map and not my selected CR map rotation.
Re: Map rotation question
Are you running an official server with a preset by chance? If so issue the next map command a few times and your cycle should kick it.
@Kraze^NFo> Juski has a very valid point

@Kraze^NFo> Out of context!
@Juski> Doesn't matter!
@Juski> You said I had a valid point! You can't take it back now! It's out there!

Re: Map rotation question
After a server restart, if you are using a predefined map cycle (vars.mpExperience) but defining a custom one through the control panel, the game will start with the predefined cycle. But, our system will detect this and automatically set the correct cycle for you, then change the map multiple times to force it to take effect. This process just takes a short amount of time (something like a minute).
