Can you extend the rounds with more tickets and stay "Official"?? If so, how can this be done??

Just stop messing around with Official and run Ranked. This is how I believe we should all be running servers, anyway. You're just giving in to them and their wacky imposed limitations. A part of the unique experience that playing these games on PC is the community and each community's unique way they run their servers.
