No commanders available on Dragon's Teeth

Its checked in Easy setup but not available in server nor does it show up on server's page. Any ideas?

The new Dragon's Teeth game mode (Chain Link) does not support commanders. They should work on other modes that do support them, however.

Ok thanks Edge. I cycled to a conquest map in the rotation and it still does not show as available. We run chainlink/conquest alternate rotation. I wonder if that has anything to do with it?

Ok this is what I found:
1. If server is restarted with conquest maps AND Ultimate Map Manager turned off in ProCon---commander is on.
2. Turning on Map Manager and switching to chainlink and then switching to conquest leaves commander OFF.

It appears that when it is switched off and does not get toggled back on.
