Hardcore Inf Only

Probably been asked before, but it seems to have been many server patches/updates since then, and all the startup.txt vars/configs I can find out there do not work. Is there any way to configure a Hardcore Infantry Only server without it showing 'custom' on Battlelog? Or are we limited to Vanilla Infantry Only without it showing 'custom'?
