Server Crash

Had one server crash I believe after the patch

Like NFO stated, it definitely isn't the update that fixes the crashes. Operation Locker just crashed after the update had been applied...

i swear I wish I could get a nickle for everytime my server crashed since BC2

I've removed shanghai from out server once see falls we lose half the server and another map seems to crash the entire server if it does it again tonight that map is coming off my rotation. Sucks going from 64-0 especially when it happens late at night.

Horrible. Servers or much more unstable atm. 3 crashes in last 2 hours! Can we get any update on a server-side patch eta. Any comms with Dice John? It's so much worse now.

Sadly agree, crashes today seem to be worse than prior days.

I have 32 slot server that has crashed four times since the patch. People are not quick to rejoin a server that crashes this much.

I think I may have potentially found the cause to at least one case of these server crashes...

I'm not sure if this is totally coincidental, but I was in a squad and had my Combat Medic field upgrade set and had the 3rd item unlocked, Defib Upgrade (not sure if relevant). There was a downed teammate that I went to revive so I held down my mouse for about 2 whole seconds for the best revive, got a 100% revive, then suddenly the guy had vanished (probably due to the server crashing) and everyone was frozen in place then down went the server.

I'm only posting this just in case these kind of reports help DICE to debug these server crashes. I know they are getting a lot of crash data already but I figured describing events that may have led to the crash could help.

Too bad he isn't aware that it's not due to the physical server that the game server is running off of but rather the game server itself.
