Players have no IP, EA GUID, or PB GUID in Procon?

Watching my server in spectator mode because there was one guy obviously hacking, I notice he didn't have any information of his IP, EA, or PB GUID in Procon. I checked other people, and same thing. Is this normal?

Look his name up in pb console, or if your logging, check in the logs.

We've seen a bug with R5 that many clients do not show up in in the PB list. It may be related to http://www.nfoservers.com/forums/viewto ... =93&t=9854. DICE is aware of the bug.

Ok thanks... looks like R5 also made it so we can't do pb kicks or bans in Official now?

Got some footage of one guy who was obviously hacking, couldn't ban him. Might have to move over to ranked mode soon.

b0wzy, you can't kick or ban some players in Official just because of this same bug. If PB doesn't see the player, he can't be affected by PB.

I don't think it is. We were experiencing the exact same issue, obvious hacker which we recorded, then did a pb list and didn't see him listed. When we tried to kick him it said no players matching. I then did a player list through the console which showed him in that list.

I eventually was able to look through the logs and get his guid, but it was definitely strange.
