Console commands for Procon:
vars.teamYFactionOverride X
Y = team variable
X = faction variable
0 = USA
1 = RU
2 = CN

I had already messed around with this. I put my Locker server to both teams being CN. Get a lot of comments in the chat about it, too. Haha! You forgot to mention that the value of -1 sets it to auto - or the default faction.
