Insurgency - Custom Theater Help

Hello everyone, this is my first post! woot!
I'm XsV=Tool and I make workshop items for Insurgency and host 2 Insurgency Server.
I am having a problem getting a Custom Theater to work on my CooP server.

My problem is that when I launch my server, it loads the default theater file. So no changes take effect at all.

The Custom Theater is supposed to change the following.
This theater file creates a sixteen player coop server with modified loadouts and tweked bots

guns:
ump 45 /aks 74 / mp5 / mp 40 / 9mm / Makarov; as secondary

makes ROCK / WOOD / SAND / METAL / DIRT / CONCRETE / BRICK bullet proof (still testing seams to work )

adds 5 m203
adds more clips for guns
takes away armor on insurgents
removes shot gun
adds 2 more classes 1. PISTOL insurgent 2. EXPLOSIVES insurgent with ied
if he gets close to you he will blow you up

adds 3 slots for EXPLOSIVES
decreases rpg kill range vary little
increases m203 explosive to the same as grenade
adds more things to gun options
removes guns not relay used
removes some weight on some idioms
removes cost on all idioms

Now I opened the file from workshop in GCFscape, extracted the files to the cooresponding directories and created any missing files and added my own configured lines to them.
It doesn't seem anything I do with theater files makes any difference, other then it loading default theater maybe 4 times in a row via console, which makes my screen breifly go black and causes weird lag and latency issues.

If anyone can please shed some light on this I would be most thankful!

You're actually in the correct place. The Insurgency section you see on the forums is specifically for how-to guides.

Can you post your server.cfg and your downloads.ini so that we can verify the information?
