help my ftp iz not working

hey my ftp iz not working every time i try 2 get in it say no data what should i do or can u fix please help me thank u

i take it that your using a browser as your ftp client?

Are you using firefox, because if thats the case FTP does not work with firefox...use internet explorer.

FireFox will allow you to browse/download files, which I find handy when scanning logs for our beloved FATAL ERROR(s). However, it will not allow you to edit/delete/upload files. IE's built in FTP browser is a good alternative. If you want something a little more comprehensive, try a separate client like SmartFTP or CuteFTP.

Do what LLLL and booya said then if you still can't get ftp yet it would be best to email them or get on the irc support channel (sticky at top of support section) for quicker help.

no im using ie it was working but for some reason it stoped
