Server Connection Timing out

Ive noticed that I time out alot on my server. Is there any settings that I can add or change that will keep this from happening as often??

How long has this been happening? Was it yesterday this occurred?

no, but it appears to have gotten worse lately.... or else Im just paying attention more.

Are you running a router? If so, try playing directly with your computer connected to the cable/dsl modem. Are you losing connection to anything else at the same time, i.e. a messenger program? Any error message in the console when you timeout?
