Add/Remove Phantom on Ventrilo

Add/Remove Phantom on Ventrilo

The Add/Remove Phantom option on Ventrilo is always greyed out. How do I get this to work?

First, you must be logged into admin. Then you need to set the channel to allow phantoms. Last, go into another channel and go to misc > add phantom.
