Referral Question Scenario

Okay here's a stumper:

I'm at a base of 14. I refer a customer who gets a private server. My 14 server maximum count jumps to 15. I set the 14 to 15. The same person I referred to cancels the subscription and about a day later he subscribes to a new NFO server. So...
Question 1.) Do I get another +1 count since the guy subscribed to another NFO server? If so NFO didn't count it. I take it NFO only counts a referrer once?
Question 2.) If a referred person cancels their service with NFO do I (the person who referred him) lose my +1 or do the +'s carry over for ever and ever?

1. Only if he referred you again for the new server.
2. You will only have the referral slot as long as the person you refer continues to rent from us. If he cancels, you will have the slot until his server is shut down.
