Bad Hop Last 2 Days

Been getting a bad hop last 2 days ping jumps from 10-30 looks like its internap dont know if you can let them know but u guys rock so :

8 11 ms 13 ms 14 ms 194.ATM4-0.GW3.SEA1.ALTER.NET [152.63.105.197]
9 30 ms 32 ms 31 ms internap-gw.customer.alter.net [208.214.103.138]

Usually a single hop having high latencies or packet loss is not a problem as long as later hops do not show the same issue. We'd need to see the whole trace and know your IP address to run some additional tests and determine exactly what's going on in your case. Please email these to rentals@nuclearfallout.net, along with your server identifier.

heh i waited 2 days on that then an hour after I post it went away , typical =) thanx for response tho edge
