hello, I am about to get myself a nice server... but I was wondering...
If I get a private server, afterwards... will I still be able to change the password from time to time?!? or am I stuck with the password I provide in the begining?!?!

You can change the server password at any time. The password you choose for the account when you order your first server, thats the password to enter the control panel. You can set a different password (recommended) for the gameserver. When the private is setup, you need to go to easy setup on the control panel and choose a server password.
