Its says 2 dollars a slot ?

But when i goto the purchace part it says nowhere near 2 buck's a slot.

ex: for a 16 man cs it should be like 32 bucks but it says 49.

So does the credit come after or is that just a miss leading representation.

You are choosing the Internap bandwidth which is not the bandwidth that is on sale. The Hybrid LA bandwidth is the one for 2 dollars a slot. A 16 slot public CS server on Hybrid LA is $31.99.

I'll go check it out, i just followed the jumpers in and thats were i was, then i thought well ill just ask them and was told to go post here ...

You should read the section on the bottom of this page. Basically Hybrid is the value bandwidth thats cheap, but good. Internap is the best bandwidth in the nation, costs more due to more peering backbones and overall performance.

thx man i'll do some more checking i have one from clanservers right now but am not happy with it .. so if you can squeeze me a good deal at a place that works for our clan .. let me know.

Hybrid is only available in LA. Everywhere else you will need to buy a gameserver on Internap bandwidth. You can try tam.nuclearfallout.net:27015 in chicago, thats an accelerated CS 1.6 server. You can also check out some servers here for Chicago or for other locations like NYC or Seattle.
