i want to add a headshot skin to my server but it keep saying i dont have permision to add the skin to the player folder for my server how can i put this skin on ???

You would need to use some plugin to do that. Simply replacing the skin on the server will not automatically do it for all the clients and replacing the default file that is currently hidden on the FTP isn't the best idea.
