K had to cancel my server

but i was wondering how long till u guys have my info saved i really want it back but need to get money so was wondering how long will u save the server files for me??????

They'll be automatically retained for two weeks. If you need them to be saved longer than that, you can email us during the two weeks and we'll extend it for you.

We can also store the data longer if a customer requests it through email. If you think it could be longer than two weeks, please let us know so we can do this.
