Redirecting Players To Another Server

Hello,

I currently am starting a community, Could someone please tell me how to redirect players to another server because server is full. I have more than one server so i was wondering is there a way to direct them to my other server that isnt full instead of making them wait till someone leaves the server that is full.

What type of server is this?

Server is Counter-Strike Source.

Unfortunately, Valve disabled CS:S server redirection in a recent update, by completely eliminating the ability to run commands on the client.
