admin access level

ok maybe someone can help, why can't I use all the admin commands when I have max access level 131071? this happens for me and other admin

first make sure you have the right wonid entered, and if you are using a password or not.

to further see what your commands are, try admin_help in the console to see how many commands you have access to at the moment.

I know the wonid is right,no password, and there are 88 commands but I can't even admin_map de_dust I can if I set access lvl to like say 67661 but then I can't use the higher commands,but when I set it too 131071 I can't use any command.
