Question on the amount of IP address between VDS vs Dedicate
I have a question, is there a certain reason why a VDS/VPS comes with limited IP's address and a dedicated server has unlimited?
Re: Question on the amount of IP address between VDS vs Dedicate
Yes. IPs can have a cost associated with them, that is rolled into the overall price of the dedicated server but not into the overall price of a virtual server.

Almost time to upgrade to IPv6 since we are running out of such IPs, getting there is another story

Comcast is starting IPv6 trials, which is great. I hope that will spur some other ISPs to take a closer look -- and once ISPs are on-board, content providers will want to jump on as well.
It has definitely been a slow process, since nobody has had a monetary incentive to do it yet. But as we get closer to running out of IPv4 IPs, everyone is being forced to devote resources to it.

Anyways, I know little about IPv6, from what I found out on wiki, seems like a service I shall look forward to .

IPv6 is something everyone using the internet should know about. We're getting very close to running out of IP's, and ISP's better start thinking seriously about upgrades now before we do run out.
