FastDL problems

So I have this in server.cfg
sv_downloadurl "http://************/redir"
sv_allowupload 1
sv_allowdownload 1
net_maxfilesize 64

and on client
cl_downloadfilter all
net_maxfilesize 64


Still it downloads all files except the bz2 or bsp. I have both on redirect and neither work. The tree is correct under redir as far as folders of:
maps
sounds
etc....

it worked fine 2 days ago now all of a sudden it doesnt. I turned off windows firewall on both the VDS and my computer and even ran steam as administrator
any help?

Are you seeing the requests show up in your webserver logs?

how can I check that? I am using NFO webhosting. On the panel it only gives me Events and Access logs

I fixed it for now. I setup a subdomain to it instead and now its working
