Command line question for srcds

Ok i assume im doing this right probably not thou.. i created a shortcut from the srcds.exe and added the following lines like so out of the quotes of the target -console -game cstrike -ip 216.52.148.101 -port 27015 +maxplayers 18 -tickrate 99 -fps_max 1000 -debug -nocrashdialog everytime i do this i get the message saying couldnt allocate UDP port im not sure if im doing this write haha im on windows server 2008

nvm solved my problem i forgot to add the ip to the TCP ip settings in the network control panel haha all is good now
