Lowered price for NS servers

We've lowered the price for NS servers to the same price as DoD servers. This was made possible by NS 2.0, which reduces the CPU usage considerably.

Too many changes in NS v2 for me

I was used to the old school just released NS and all the changes completely freaked me out...Onos can eat people now

lerk doesn't have bite so no more fly bys

oh well.
