I'm having a problem enabling all chat, where the opposing team can hear you on the mic. I keep trying rcon sv_allchat 1 and it doesn't do anything, I tried setting it in the server.cfg and nada, is this the wrong command o_O

amx has an alltalk plugin that i use it also lets the players start a vote to turn it off or on
