Setting Fast DL to WEb Hosting

I have bought the nfo lite plan for a web host but I do not know how to set up the root folders to my czero server to set up my fast downloads how do I do this

If you have a regular/managed game server with us, I would recommend using the "Websync" page, because it will handle everything for you.
