Im using winscp to transfer txt files and other sounds.
But trying to transfer custom hostage sounds to cstrike/sounds/hostage i get this error
Copying files to remote side failed.
Error storing file: Access is denied

You may need to turn your server off before doing so. Some files may be locked while the server is running.

Tried That But Still Have The Same Issues...Transfering Other files and even sounds are ok,but this particular one is giving me problems.
Also tried with SmartFTP and didnt allow me to transfer those hostage sounds in cstrike/sounds/hostages.

I would suggest sending in a support request so we can look and see if their is a permission problem going on.

If this is an unmanaged server, this forum is the right place. If it is managed, then we should be able to help directly through our support system.
If this is a managed server, have you also tried deleting the files before replacing them? If they come with the server, you would need to do that, for instance. In that case, you will also need to be careful, because they would be replaced later if the server is moved.
