It should be happening now, our server is already updated to 1.1.5.9.

Mine said an update was required, then the servers went down presumably to update, then got an automatic restart email, and the servers are up, but not updated. How do I retry the update?

If its window server check with hlsw to see if it shows v1.1.5.9. Metamod and sourcemod should be disabled due to the update breaking metamod.

It is a managed windows server. They still show as 1.1.5.8. NFO disabled the addons folder for us automatically when they found out it conflicted, so that shouldn't be the issue.

All servers should be updated. If you're not seeing yours up-to-date, please contact us ASAP through the "Help!" page in your control panel.
