Changing Server Banner

Hi Guys

Got a question for you. How do I access the server so that I might change the server's banner. I see the url in my control panel but I can't access the general site where the banner resides. Any help would be appreciated. I enter the first part;
www.nfoservers.com then it asks for login and password. I'm not sure where to find that info.

If you're thinking of the BC2 banner, you'd need to upload your own image somewhere and then adjust the URL to point to that.
