Request or automatic?

because the won system is up for a estimated time of 2 more weeks does that mean we have to request a update to 1.6 for our server or will it automatically be administrated to all servers

Here is the one I received last night

We will be upgrading all Half-life based servers to Steam tommorrow morning between 9am and 12pm. During this time your server will be shut down and updated. For CS servers, this means it will be running 1.6 starting in the late morning or early afternoon.

Most existing plugins and settings should work with Steam. Those that do not will have to be treated on a case-by-case basis.

If you do not yet have Steam, you will want to grab the Steam client and possibly all the other related files as well. For just the client, you can get it from Fileplanet here: http://www.fileplanet.com/files/120000/127009.shtml. You could also get the full version from Fileplanet here: http://www.fileplanet.com/files/130000/130271.shtml. Alternately, you may wish to try one of the many mirrors listed at http://www.filemirrors.com.

This means that sometime today between 9am and noon your server if it is Counter-Strike will be updated to 1.6
