my commands arent workin i exec. them and they appear on my monitor and the screen but they just dont exec... what the hell.. for ex. Admin_restartround 1 (nope) Admin_restartround1 (nope), Admin_rcon restartround 1 (nope), Admin_rcon restartround 1 (nope) what the hell man some 1 plz help me

you need to uncomment your CS plugin:
Uncomment the line "addons/adminmod/scripts/plugin_CS.amx" in plugin.ini by removing the ; or # at the beginning of the line.
From the FAQ for Admin Mod, the FAQ are great for you to learn from and use :)

Also, if you wanted to do it with admin_rcon, the correct command would be:

admin_rcon sv_restartround 1
