Hosted by pic?

Hello, whenever I connect to my server, during the loadup screen, it says Server hosted by etc. How do i put a pic there? Ive seen it before when companies hosted it, but i dont know how. Can someone help me?

Ah.

That advertisement is not something you can change as far as I know. It's what Valve gives to content server providers as an incentive to provide free bandwidth.
