@Kraze^NFo> Juski has a very valid point
@Juski> Got my new signature, thanks!
@Kraze^NFo> Out of context!
@Juski> Doesn't matter!
@Juski> You said I had a valid point! You can't take it back now! It's out there!
My Seattle server crashed last night around 7pm pacific, I'm pretty sure it was the first one since the 24th when we updated to R10 . But it was full when it happened ..
yea looks like ive been lucky too I've had more crashes post R10 than before, reading thru the threads this morning I see most if not all gametracker sigs are showing empty servers, Battlelog do something last night?
Anyway to find out whats cuasing these over night crashes? Im calling it a crash when pop goes from full to empty in a straigh line down, not PB logs this time, am I wrong this is not a crash or restart by someone?
Oddly enough ours seems to go down around the same time as yours Colt. Is your server also in Chicago? We still see lots of people connecting and not getting in and even some members have to try up to six times on occasion to get in. Hopefully there is some more patches coming to address these kinds of problems.
All I can say is that my servers were stable for a few short days with R9. With R10 my servers crash every few hours. They are now as unstable as they were with R1 to R8. I am aware of one other NFO customer, whose servers crash just as often with R10 as mine do. It is increasingly difficult to populate servers, when they have reputation for constant crashes.
MyOdessa, we're at the mercy of the server bugs when it comes to crashes. The only servers that I see crash with that kind of frequency are the high ticket count ones, though, because of a game bug relating to internal resources.
