What AMX letter is for Tsay?

ya im setting up admins but i dont see the letter for tsay?

so i gave them access to m but that didnt work well i added that line in amx

How many commands do you guys get for the default amx? I just got my new server and i gave myself full admin but i only get 47 amx commands total in the console. I remember of having 72 commands when i was an admin of another server...so am i missing something?

Plus, is the letter "m" to the letter "t" for additional plugins only?

the person probably had several plugins added to the server.

also, the m to t is for addons later or plugins like you said
