Month to Month versus 6 Month package
When we purchased our server, since we were a new customer, it wouldn't allow us to do a 6 month subscription. How long until we can move from month to month to a 6 month subscription?
Re: Month to Month versus 6 Month package
If a brand new customer try to order a long term package our system usually blocks it out to prevent spam. The best way around this is to order the server for a month then after that month is up, talk to us, and we can clear it so that you can switch it to a 6 month package.

That is also the reason for this post, was to make you aware. I dug through the forums and did not see the process outlined. Do I make a support request to be switched to a subscription or send PM somewhere?

You can open a support request and we can get it assigned over to our CEO John and he can take a look for you.
